Outstanding Above & Beyond Service and Expertise! I recently took my Truck to Brown’s Automotive after getting rejected service from Mango’s and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, Mike and the staff were friendly, professional, and eager to help. The general manager Mike went completely above and beyond working with the warranty company to make sure they covered the cost and his communication with me was daily and professional. The staff and technicians are clearly skilled and experienced, as they diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Their pricing was fair, and they went the extra mile to ensure I was completely satisfied. It’s hard to find an honest and reliable automotive shop, but Brown’s has earned my trust. I’ll definitely be returning for any future maintenance or repairs. Highly recommend!

Brown automotive was a Godsend. I am a resident of the State of Indiana passing through New Mexico and needed some urgent repairs on my 2014 BMW 528I X Dr. which was experiencing a severe oil leak. Brown provided me with an extensive diagnostic report and I was able to get my vehicle in the same day with the repairs at a very reasonable cost, and a three-year warranty. The service managers in the office were very kind and encouraging, and I feel very happy using their services and recommending their services to others. Thank you.

I will say they are knowledgeable. Professional. I don't care for the prices on a diagnostic test especially since it was something small but hey beggers can't be choosers. Diagnostic tests are always a pain to deal with. Ya'll took me in as soon as you could so I appreciate that. I especially enjoy your guys reports that you provide. Very thorough very clear and precise. I especially like the pictures and video you provided. Off to find the part I need. Thanks guys.
