Had my F150 checked using their free vehicle inspection with digital photos. Nice service. They found a couple of items that needed or recommended replacing (brake fluid, fuel filter and my old shocks). Friendly folks and fairly quick and was back on the road as promised. I have used them before and will return.

Thank you, Brown’s Auto! So glad I found you! Browns, is honest, fair priced, gets things done quickly. My experience with Isaac was wonderful. He called me back happy and chipper scheduled me for that afternoon. While I was waiting for my car to be looked at and repaired, Brown’s has a policy of being able to drive me back to my place of living and pick me up when things are complete. The mechanic went over the car with a fine tooth comb. Found a few things that needed repair. Was taken care of quickly. They are very transparent about everything they are doing and why. Was able to pick up my car next morning. I trusted them about the pricing. But they were telling me. Hundred percent honest. Feels like a family run business. Five stars! I fully recommend! Glad I found Browns!

Highly recommend!!! I chose the Los Ranchos location for the inspection and repairs on my daughter's first car; a “new to her” used 2013 Fiat. The shop staff was professional and courteous, they patiently answered all my questions (I had a ton). The crew at Brown's did an amazing job! The Customer Service was incredible. The repairs on the car ended up being more extensive than I had anticipated but Brown’s worked with my budget and did the most important ones related to safety to get my kid on the road. They deferred the other less essential stuff for next month. I appreciated the honesty and the fact that they didn’t try to sell me on things we didn’t need. After the inspection, before the work commenced I received pictures of our car via an internet link; the inspection was beyond comprehensive. Brown's sent picture results on everything from a burned out break light to the engine gaskets, torn CB boot on the axel and vacuum pump which were in need of replacement. The report included the stuff they checked which passed inspection plus videos that explained why the repairs suggested were important; great for those of us who are not in the know. Needless to say, I am beyond impressed! Finding a great mechanic shop is not easy and I was bummed when my old guy told me he didn’t work on Fiat's. However, I am happy as can be that I went to Brown’s! I’ll never go anywhere else again. They made a customer for life. I’d give 10 stars if it was an option! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I grew up in ABQ's North Valley; everybody new that the best place to take your vehicles was Browns on 4th Street. As I matured with aging, and, moved around this hemisphere professionally I settled nearby and tried several auto mechanics; then 'I went to Browns!' I shared with Eddie Brock that I was looking for a new mechanic for my 3 vehicles because I knew I was getting scammed one-way-or-another by auto mechanic services. I quickly described my 3 vehicles, a 95, 98 and 99. I have taken care if each vehicle religiously! Eddie was great, he was clear in all his communications as we started with my 95 & 99. Communicating with Eddie and Chris Delong was super easy and extremely professional. They made good on everything and got me threw a few challenges. They also took good care of pointing out issues that needed to be addressed but not part of my original plans. Yes, I had to spend some money, but each cost was clearly justified beforehand. While our society has allowed our economy to bite us in the a - -, my spending money at Browns at 4th & Los Ranchos netted me excellent and appreciated results. Because they added this excellent care I will continue to ask for their help with my fleet of 3. I will also strongly and most confidently recommend this winning Browns team at Los Ranchos!
